Retail Stores - Visit one of the Telpage retail locations  
to activate your new account.

Online - Simply complete the information noted below 
and click the submit button.

  • Notables Regarding Online Account Signups:
    Online account signups are processed Monday - Friday, 
    from 8 AM through 6 PM. Please note that the transmittal of this form does not instantly create your account on the Telpage service. To ensure secure account activation, a Telpage account executive will retrieve your data and personally contact you to complete the activation process.
