Awarded Virginia Last-Mile Broadband Pilot Project From
Mid-Atlantic Broadband Cooperative (MBC) and Virginia
Tobacco Commission
Telpage's extensive field
proven experience and comprehensive knowledge of
broadband delivery services has resulted in their
selection as a part of a new MBC pilot study. The
Telpage portion of the program will deliver "last mile"
broadband access in Lawrenceville, VA. This fixed
wireless broadband network is estimated to serve over
700 business and residential households.“ The private
sector has responded in a big way to help increase
broadband coverage in our region and allow us to
evaluate various business models and technologies for
last-mile broadband deployment,” commented MBC General
Manager, Tad Deriso.

Brick, Inc. with the necessary oversight of our IT
infrastructure from the ground up. Their engineers designed,
provided all equipment, implemented, and now monitor all
